Mary Poppins

As one of Alex's three birthday presents (this was the 'something to do' one), Justin and I brought her to see Mary Poppins at the Chanhassen Dinner Theater.  With a homeschool discount it was just about affordable for a special treat ;-)
We had an entire semi-circular booth to ourselves (a luxury for a 4 year old who likes to stretch out and relax) and enjoyed a very nice lunch before the show.  From start to finish we were there for 5 hours.  I was a bit nervous about Justin making it (we had to fudge a little about his age-- they wanted 5 year olds and up only) but he did great-- we brought lots of books and he *may* have gotten to play a phone game or two before the show started.
