Alex and Uncle Willy traded hats for a while.
After a lazy morning, we packed up the troops and headed to the Minnesota Zoo. Uncle Willy had not yet experienced Grizzly Coast or the Family Farm, so we deemed a trip necessary before he returns home. For not arriving until 11:45, and staying to 2, Alex did a fairly good job. Yes, there were tears of frustration over having to wear a hat and ride in a wagon. Yes, there were hints of tantrums only moments away-- but she normally naps from about 11:30 to 2:00, so all in all, she did a fairly good job. And she had fun!
Did I mention she napped from 2:30-5:30 this afternoon?
